‚Äč Project: Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company

Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company is an early adopter of green infrastructure. Their 36,400-square foot green roof system will keep over a half million gallons or more of stormwater runoff out of the combined sewer system on an average annual basis.  The highly visible green roof system stands out as an example of green infrastructure and serves as a powerful tool in raising awareness of the practical solutions that are available for constructing sustainable stormwater management facilities.
